A mixed bag in Corsica…..

Porto Vecchio in Corsica is confusing….in a nice way. Surrounded by the amazing mountainous terrain that Corsica is famous for, it is a quaint, vibrant town. We even came across a red carpet event during our brief walkabout. With an Italian look and feel, entering the shops require a Bonjour rather than a Buongiorno – this French island with an Italian past is unique and worth a visit. We didn’t venture far from the ship, but we are looking forward to a future visit to enjoy some hiking and views of the ocean from up high.
