Every leader can have a lasting, positive impact

LeaderImpact (https://www.leaderimpact.com/) is a global movement of leaders dedicated to living lives that have a positive and lasting impact.  Together we challenge ourselves and other leaders to accomplish more through developing our personal, professional, and spiritual lives.  We want to leave a legacy.  We want to experience the love, joy and peace this kind of life brings.  We want to affect change through our channels and connections  – family, friends, co-workers and colleagues. Deep, positive, long-lasting change that can help make our world better.

Impact in a pandemic and beyond

The last few months has challenged leaders across the world – government, business and religious leaders to name a few.  Leaders have been required to step up as they may never have had to before, whilst dealing with their own personal questions and challenges.

During this time, I have had the privilege of working with other leaders in LeaderImpact, to encourage and support leaders and equip them to prepare themselves for the move into the future.

Impact in a pandemic and beyond

It was great to be part of a global webinar where Braden Douglas, renowned marketing strategist, speaker and writer from Vanvouver, Canada, shared his insights on dealing with a crisis situation.  He was able to present hundreds of leaders around the world with ideas based on his own experiences on how to engage their personal, professional and spiritual lives to have a positive impact on the lives of others.  Great job Braden!

Leading with impact

Looking ahead

It’s an interesting time to be alive and I look forward to the next phase in the journey.  I trust that as we as leaders learn to embrace our personal, professional and spiritual lives, the global movement of leaders having a positive impact will be a force that no one can stop.
